Effects on well-being and sleep

Does binge-watching increase or decrease our well-being? Under which conditions and for whom does it have positive or negative effects? And how does is affect our sleep? Is it harder to fall asleep when we had to stop watching a still unfinished story? In this project, we aim to investigate positive and negative consequences of continued series consumption. As soon results are available, they will be summarised on this page.
